Shipping

I endeavour to get parcels shipped within 5 days of the order being placed for ready to ship items - dyed to order will have different lead times which can be found in the listings, please get in touch if you have any queries.

I currently only visit the post office twice a week to minimise my trips out (thanks covid) thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

Please be aware that customers are responsible for any Duty, Tax, and/or Import Duties that may occur.

Any overcharge for shipping greater than 50p will be refunded upon shipment of the order.

Returns

If you have any problems with your order, get in touch and I will see if there's something I can do to help, otherwise you are free to return the item by getting in touch within 28 days of receiving it. The item must be returned in a sellable condition and buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Custom orders (and clubs) are non returnable - but please do reach out if there's a problem!
